Welcome to Three Points Child Care Center located at 15530 West Ajo!

We offer full day and half-day childcare for children birth to twelve years of age with four days minimum enrollment.

We have an infant and toddler program, which aids in early child development through age appropriate activities encouraging walking, talking and toilet training. 

The three to five year olds participate in our preschool program which includes readiness skills for Kindergarten (Curriculum and Monthly Themes available upon request). 

School age program provides before and after school, with structured activities and quiet time for homework. 

Full-day care: 6 or more hours per day up to 10 hours. 

Part-day care: Less than 6 hours per day. 

Minimum 4 days per week. 

Drop-in services are not available.

[Meal Time]

Breakfast 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., and 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Lunch 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Snack 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., and 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Meals will be blended for young children who are not able to chew their food.  We request that you provide the food and formula for your infant who is not yet eating table food or drinking cow's milk.  Diapers, wipes and creams are to be provided by the parent.  The center will charge a fee for all center supplies used.  Parents should also provide one to two sets of extra clothing labeled with the child's name.


This center carries liability insurance in accordance with the requirements of the State of Arizona.

[Daily Sign In and Out]

Children must be signed in and out each day by their custodial parent, guardian, or other authorized person.  Anyone unknown to center personnel will be asked to show picture identification.  The person seeking to remove the child be in our files and authorized for child release.  If one parent has legal custody and the other is not permitted to leave with the child, legal documentation of guardianship must be on file.  If there is any doubt, we will not release the child.  Upon arrival, the authorized person must write the time of day and sign legible his or her full name on the sign in and out sheet.

[Parent Responsibilities]

Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the center.  A call is necessary by no later than 9:00 a.m. if your child will be absent.  A call is necessary if someone else is needed to pickup your child.  Parents of non-toilet trained children are responsible for the provision of diapers, wipes, creams, etc.  An extra set of clothing is requested in case of an emergency or accident.  If clothing is not provided you will not be permitted to leave your child. During the toilet training phase, it is important that both the center and home work together to provide a training routine.

[Parent Visitations]

Parents are welcome to drop in for visits during the day.

[Children's Personal Items]

Everything brought to the center must be labeled.  We are not responsible for any toys brought to the center.  Food and candy is not allowed (unless for special occasions).  All food items brought to the center must be store prepared.

[Discipline Guidelines and Methods]

Our policies strictly adhere to those set fourth by the Arizona Dept of Health Services.  The purpose of discipline is to help children learn acceptable behavior and to develop self- control.  Three Points strives to be consistent and use discipline that promotes self-esteem.  Positive guidance, redirection and time out are used when the need arises.

When a child is placed in time out, the time out periods will not be longer than two to three minutes after the child regains control.

Discipline will not be associated with eating, napping or toileting.

Children will not be allowed to discipline other children.


If your child has a fever, diarrhea or exhibits the symptoms of a contagious or infectious ailment, the child must be removed from the center according to Department of Arizona State Regulations.  Parents are responsible for keeping sick children home.  We do not accept sick children. 
This also includes head lice.

[Medication Procedures]

Three Points will administer medications only when the following procedures are met:

All medication needs to be in the original.

Child's name needs to be on the bottle.

Medication forms needs to filled out and signed by the parent and staff.

Medication needs to be taken home each night.


Credit is not given for absences.  DES pays for 2 absences monthly, the parents are expected to pay full price for unexcused absence days.  An excused absence is sick with medical proof.  We do not charge for holidays that the center is closed.  If your child is unable to attend on his or her scheduled day you cannot make up that day.  Three consecutive absences without calling will result in your child being Dis enrolled from the center.

[Accident or Emergency]

In the event of an accident or emergency, Three Points staff will notify parents verbally within 30 minutes by phone.  Within 24 hours a written report will be given to the parent.  If you are unavailable, a person listed on the emergency card will be contacted.  If no one is available, the child will be made comfortable while calls continue.  If an accident or illness appears to be of serious nature, 911 will be called.


The center does not provide transportation to public or private schools.  A public school bus arrives and departs in front of Three Points Child Care Center.  Center personnel will escort the children directly to and from the bus.

After one year of attendance one (1) week of vacation without pay.
